If you are low-income and live in a shelter or if someone in your household has a disability/mental health challenge, then you qualify for delivery, please see details below for our application process.

The Toronto Cares Initiative will be collecting NEW school supplies for children in Kindergarten to Grade 12.
Supplies will be delivered to students in need across Toronto, focusing on households with disabilities or in shelters. The backpacks will include items such as pencils, sharpeners, erasers, notebooks, paper, binders, snacks and more!
Help us by donating NEW supplies before September 2024 at one of our drop-off locations across the city (Monthly Donation Drives page). A list of items we are looking for can be found below (NEW ITEMS ONLY):

If you are living in a shelter, are a senior who's a legal guardian, or a member of your home has a disability/mental health challenge, AND you have children attending school between Junior Kindergarten (4 years old) & Grade 12 (18 years old), please click on the BUTTON ABOVE to apply for delivery (Aug 24/25th from 12-4pm).
$15 payment required for delivery, returned in the form of a $15 President's Choice gift card. Order not valid without payment.
Registration to ALL OTHER low-income families will open 5 DAYS after, on July 31st, 2024, if you have children attending school between Junior Kindergarten (4 years old) & Grade 12 (18 years old). Pick-up required on (Aug 24/25th from 12-4pm), from our packing facilities at Fairbank Memorial Community Center (2213 Dufferin St) OR Beaches Presbyterian Church (65 Glen Manor Dr)... We are hosting a Back-To-School DROP-IN, to distribute any leftover school supplies, to all low-income families who were UNABLE to receive supplies from our initial list or our waitlist.
